My Story

Hello! My name is Maysun, I am a Yoga Teacher and the Founder of Ladina Yoga.


I created Ladina Yoga to make yoga more accessible to all. I believe that you don't need to practice yoga for hours in order to feel the benefits. It's all about integrating yoga into your routine, and making it work for you without feeling bad!


This applies to traveling. Many people feel they have to "break up" with yoga at work, during business trips, week end aways and holidays.


But guess what? Yoga adapts to you!


Whether you need help with those tight shoulders and hips on the plane, or struggle with finding enough space in your hotel room to even extend one leg out, I've got you! ...

This is a yoga class for beginners who want to learn yoga but find it painful to learn and practice yoga at home.


In my weekly classes, you will learn:

FAQs

What equipment do I need to follow the classes?

In this class pack, half of the classes are designed to be practiced with no equipment. For the other half, you will need a yoga mat and comfortable clothes you can move in.


Can I practice using my phone or my tablet?

Yes! The WanderFlow is compatible with all kinds of portable device. AND you can also download the class audios if you are not able to watch the class videos or if you are planning to have limited internet access.

How can I access the WanderFlow?

Once your order has been placed, you will automatically receive an email (check those naughty spams) in order to create your account. You will then have access to the class pack!

How long are the videos available for? Do they expire after some time?

You have UNLIMITED access to the WanderFlow. That is for life so you can enjoy many many trips while balancing on one foot ;)
