About me

Hello! My name is Maysun, I am a Yoga Teacher and the Founder of Ladina Yoga.

I created this challenge because I know what it feels like to carry the weight of a busy life and not know where to begin. This is the reset I wish I'd had: five sessions, five experts, zero pressure.

Whether you’re carrying the weight of last year on your shoulders, feeling stuck in old habits, or struggling to find the time and space to reset, this challenge is here for you! Together, we’ll create space—physically, mentally, and emotionally—for the balance and calm you deserve.

What is the Reset & Recharge Challenge?

This is a 5-day online wellness experience designed to help you start the year feeling grounded, intentional, and recharged. Each day includes live yoga, workshops, or guided practices, plus fun extras like a bingo card, 2 bonus sessions, and journaling prompts.

When does the challenge take place?

The challenge is fully on-demand — all sessions are recorded and available immediately after purchase. Start today, or whenever you're ready.

What’s included in the challenge?
  • 5 wellness sessions, including yoga, meditation, and workshops (all recorded so you can re-visit anytime).

  • A themed activity each day, like vision boarding, acupressure, and Ayurveda.

  • A bingo card to complete throughout the challenge.

  • Daily journaling and reflection prompts.

Do I need prior yoga experience to join?

Not at all! This challenge is suitable for all levels, whether you’re a complete beginner or have been practicing for years.

How long are the sessions?

Each session will last approximately between 30 minutes to 2 hours, including time for practice, discussion, and Q&A.

What equipment do I need?
  • A yoga mat or a comfortable space to practice.

  • A notebook or journal for reflection and vision boarding.

  • Optional: any props you like to use (pillows, bolsters, or blankets).

How much does it cost to join?
