My Story
Hello! My name is Maysun, I am a Yoga Teacher and the Founder of Ladina Yoga.
I created Ladina Yoga to make yoga more accessible to all. I believe that you don't need to practice yoga for hours in order to feel the benefits. It's all about integrating yoga and mindfulness into your routine, and making it work for you without feeling bad!

This is a 5-day online wellness experience designed to help you start the year feeling grounded, intentional, and recharged. Each day includes live yoga, workshops, or guided practices, plus fun extras like a bingo card, 2 bonus sessions, and journaling prompts.
The challenge took place live from 2nd January to 6th January 2025 but you can start anytime as all the sessions are recorded!
Not at all! This challenge is suitable for all levels, whether youβre a complete beginner or have been practicing for years.
Each session will last approximately between 30 minutes to 2 hours, including time for practice, discussion, and Q&A.
