Take into account the initial challenges you may face through a carefully structured course, offering step-by-step guidance to ensure a gradual and comfortable progression.
Emphasise the importance of building a strong foundation, both physically and mentally, allowing you to develop a sustainable and lifelong yoga practice.
Please note you do not need to have any experience in yoga prior to this course.
About me 👇🏼
I am a certified Yoga Teacher, and the Founder of sustainable yoga brand Ladina Yoga.
My yoga journey started more than 12 years ago and I trained in multi-style yoga in India. I have taught Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Chair Yoga in the UK, France, India, Reunion Island and Madagascar to hundreds of students.
I teach authentic yoga and my classes include meditation, breathing, yoga poses (Asana) adapted to all levels.
I always encourage my students to go at your own pace and listen to your needs, while challenging yourself when it feels right.
